Pilot Terms of Use

These Pilot Terms are an agreement between you and Aim High Advising, which operates the Camber software and marketplace. In these terms, Camber, we, us, and our refer to that operator and its service.

By creating an account, publishing a listing, submitting a lead, placing a bid, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these terms and the documents linked from them. If you use the service for a dealership or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.

Do not use a paid, auction, or financing feature if its screen says pilot, proposed, unavailable, or approval required.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Dealership users must be authorized staff of a lawfully operating business.

The initial pilot is designed for the United States. A page being visible in another country does not mean the service, a vehicle, financing, bidding, or a transaction is offered there. We may limit features by country, state, seller type, license status, or provider availability.

Give accurate, current information. Use a strong password, protect your session, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law says otherwise.

We may require email, phone, identity, business, dealer-license, tax, ownership, payment, or bank verification before allowing listings, auctions, payments, payouts, data access, or other higher-risk features. Account access does not mean transaction privileges are approved.

A dealership owner controls staff access. Staff may act only within the authority given by the dealership. We may suspend access to protect users, investigate abuse, meet a legal duty, or address unpaid fees.

Every seller promises that they have the legal right to list and sell the vehicle. The seller is responsible for the VIN, ownership, title, lien, odometer, price, location, condition, warranty, damage, recall, photo, description, and disclosure information they provide or approve.

• Do not hide known damage, branded title history, flood or fire exposure, an active lien, odometer inconsistency, theft status, safety issue, or material defect.
• Photos must show the actual vehicle. Image organization or background cleanup must not change the vehicle, conceal damage, add equipment, or create a misleading condition impression.
• AI-drafted text and VIN-decoded fields are suggestions. The seller must review and correct them before publishing.
• A seller must promptly update, pause, or mark a vehicle sold when its availability or facts change.
• Dealer listings must comply with applicable advertising, licensing, warranty, price, Buyers Guide, records, and consumer-protection rules.

You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, resize, format, display, and distribute listing content only as needed to operate, promote, secure, and improve the service. You keep ownership of your original content.

Camber provides software, listing, communication, analytics, and marketplace tools. Unless a future screen and separate written agreement clearly say otherwise, Camber is not the vehicle owner, buyer, seller, dealer, broker, auctioneer, lender, creditor, insurer, appraiser, inspection company, vehicle-history provider, escrow agent, money transmitter, title agent, tax advisor, transporter, or repair facility.

The buyer and seller are responsible for inspecting the vehicle, verifying identity and authority, confirming title and liens, agreeing on final terms, using safe payment, completing required documents, paying taxes and fees, and arranging possession or transport.

We may review, rank, reject, remove, or limit content, but we do not promise to pre-screen every user, vehicle, statement, image, bid, or message.

Pilot financing forms are inquiry and referral forms only. They let a buyer ask a dealership to discuss possible financing. Camber does not pull credit, approve or deny credit, set an annual percentage rate, offer loan terms, or promise lender availability.

Do not enter a Social Security number, bank account, date of birth, driver-license image, income document, or other full credit-application data into a pilot lead form. A future full credit application requires a separately approved lender or dealer flow, privacy notice, consent, security program, record-retention process, and adverse-action responsibility.

Any financing decision and required notice is the responsibility of the creditor or dealer identified in that later process. Vehicle payment examples are estimates and are not credit offers.

If you text photos to a provisioned Camber number, you ask us to receive and process that message and media for your account. Carrier message and data rates may apply. Unknown or unpaired senders may be asked to sign in or may have media held for review.

Transactional replies about an action you requested are different from marketing messages. Marketing or automated follow-up requires the consent stated at the point of collection. Consent is not a condition of buying a vehicle. Where supported, reply STOP to stop texts and HELP for help.

Prices labeled proposed are not active charges. Before billing begins, the checkout or billing screen will show the plan, amount, cadence, usage fees, taxes, renewal rule, cancellation method, and provider costs you are accepting.

When activated, subscription cancellation stops future renewals but does not reverse service already provided or a valid transaction fee already earned. Auction, sale, payment, messaging, image-processing, history-report, custom-domain, data, and integration costs may have separate terms.

Users are responsible for their own sales, use, title, registration, income, business, and other taxes unless a launch flow expressly says the platform collects a specific tax.

Auctions are also governed by the Auction Terms. A bid or offer may create a binding commitment between buyer and seller, subject to the displayed reserve, verification, applicable law, and stated listing terms.

Public auction access is approval-gated during the pilot. A visible demonstration, scheduled record, or test bid is not proof that a licensed paid auction is active in a jurisdiction.

• Fraud, false identity, stolen property, title washing, odometer fraud, shill bidding, bid manipulation, fake leads, or payment evasion.
• Scraping, bulk harvesting, credential sharing, access-control bypass, malware, denial of service, reverse engineering prohibited by law, or interference with another user.
• Discriminatory, threatening, abusive, illegal, infringing, deceptive, or privacy-invasive content or conduct.
• Using marketplace or engagement data to identify an anonymous person, make an unlawful credit or insurance decision, or build an unapproved competing data set.
• Sending unlawful or unwanted messages, or uploading personal information you are not authorized to process.

The service may connect to providers for messaging, payments, VIN decoding, recalls, vehicle history, image processing, hosting, analytics, identity, or financing. Their services, availability, accuracy, and terms are separate. We do not control a provider outage, review decision, fee, or external report.

A link to a government, history, lender, dealer, inspection, or other site is provided for convenience and does not mean endorsement or guarantee.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the pilot service is provided as available and without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, or a guaranteed sale, lead, price, ranking, approval, bid, report, or business result.

Nothing in these terms limits a vehicle warranty given by the identified seller or rights that cannot legally be waived. Listing-specific warranty terms and mandatory law control over a general platform disclaimer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Camber is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for a user's vehicle, listing, message, bid, payment, inspection, title, financing, transport, or transaction. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the affected service during the prior 12 months or $100 if you paid nothing, unless applicable law requires more.

A business user will defend and indemnify Camber from third-party claims caused by that user's listings, dealership operations, legal violations, transactions, staff, or breach of these terms. This does not require a consumer to waive rights that cannot be waived.

You may stop using the pilot at any time. We may change or end pilot features and may preserve records needed for security, disputes, billing, legal compliance, or backups.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when required, account notice or renewed consent.

Illinois law governs these terms without regard to conflict rules, except where non-waivable consumer law applies. Before paid national launch, counsel must approve dispute, notice, operator-address, and jurisdiction provisions.
